Length of Stay and Pricing

Mono Suites permits the Guest to occupy the Suites for the period shown in the booking confirmation together with the use of the furniture, fixtures and effects. It excludes any rights of tenancy.

The Guest will be responsible for full payment and for any damage whether caused by the Guest or his/her party and in addition any payment for fines listed below for misconduct during their stay.

The booking confirmation will show the price at the time of booking, which is set at the time of booking and shall not change. Prices may vary for the same Suites for that period (special offers, price increases or decreases and last minute deals flexi booking, etc.), however, these do not affect the agreed price or any aspects of the Agreement. Should the Guest choose not to continue with their booking, the Guest may cancel as per the cancellation conditions.

Payment

Full payment by a valid credit/debit card is required to secure your reservation at Mono Suites.

If card payment is declined, we will contact you for alternative details. If new details aren’t provided within 48 hours the reservation will be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

Terms of cancellation of a booking:

Flexible Rates: No charge is applied for cancellation if the booking is cancelled and Mono Suites are notified by 12 noon fourteen days before the day of arrival

Beyond these times, and if the occupant is a “no show” on the day of arrival, Mono Suites reserves the right, unless local regulations prohibit it from so doing, to deduct the value of your stay from your card or other payment methods.

If you book through a third party and you wish to cancel, you must do this through the agent that you originally booked with. We regret that we cannot refund any third party bookings unless this has been done and confirmation has been sent by the agent.

Fixed Rate: Due to the nature of the fixed rate booking, any cancellations made will be greatly appreciated, however, no refunds will be given for such bookings other than in exceptional circumstances as decided per the company.

Right to Refuse/Alter

Mono Suites reserves the right to refuse any reservation.

Mono Suites reserves the right to cancel or alter arrangements made for the Guest whether before or during the relevant visit in any circumstance which arises from or is attributable to acts, events, omissions or accidents beyond the reasonable control of the Company.

In exceptional circumstances, it may be necessary to cancel your booking. In the event of a pre-paid package, we will make all reasonable efforts to offer a suitable alternative date or refund any monies paid which shall constitute a final settlement of any liability we may have to you as a result of cancellation.

Guest Suites Limitation

The number of persons permitted to occupy the apartment is limited to the number of beds available and this limit may not be exceeded. Should the Guest and party arrive with more than the maximum number of persons allowed in the apartment, Mono Suites reserves the right to limit the number of persons to the maximum occupancy and ask that you take an additional apartment, at the going rate, to ensure each of the party has a bed.

Should this offer be refused and Mono Suites deems there to be health and safety risk, we reserve the right to ask the Guest and party to leave, at which point no refund will be due.

Kids are welcome, however there are no cots or other form of extra bedding available to them.

Right of Entry

Mono Suites reserves the right to enter the Suites at any reasonable time for reasonable cause. This includes the undertaking of unforeseen (internal and external) remedial repairs, together with any annual external re-decoration for which access to the inside of the Suites may be required. External windows and doors may be opened during this process.

Loss of Guest Property

Mono Suites accepts no responsibility to guests, visitors, staff or otherwise, for injury, theft, loss of property, damage to personal belongings, assault or other unlawful acts. Expensive items, including, but not limited to: laptops, jewellery, fragile items, cash, documents and/or expensive items, etc., must not be placed in luggage for storage.

Left Property

Left Property, with a deemed value in excess of £25, will be kept on-site for a period of three months, after which time if it has not been claimed will be given to charity or recycled. Mono Suites are happy to arrange for the return of lost property. The Charge for this service is £10 (inclusive of VAT) administration charge, plus the cost of postage and packaging. A variety of delivery options are available depending on the value of the item(s) and the required delivery date.

Guest Obligations

The Guest undertakes to keep the Suites, and areas within the premises, and all the furniture, fixtures and effects in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the Stay (reasonable wear and tear excepted) and shall pay to Mono Suites the value of any part of the Suites, furniture, fixtures, fittings and effects so destroyed or damaged as to be incapable of being restored to its previous condition. Breakages and damage must be reported as soon as possible.

Guests using the Internet access do so subject to a fair use policy (see below) and within the bounds of UK law.

The Guest must allow the Company to enter the Suites to inspect the state of it, given reasonable notice, with the exception of an emergency when immediate access must be granted.

The Guest must not use the Suites or allow its use for any dangerous, offensive, noisy, illegal or immoral activities or carry out any act that may be a nuisance or annoyance to the Company or to any neighbours. Any such behaviour will be accompanied by a fine for misconduct.

The Guest and his/her party must comply with any reasonable regulations relating to the Suites of which the Guest has written notice. Such regulations will be found in the Suites Guide in the Suites, typical examples would include any local conditions regarding parking, waste disposal, recycling, etc.

Parties are not permitted in any part of the Suites and Guests that host or partake in a party. We reserve the right to evict any Guest and their party that cause disruption within the building and a fee of £200 will be charged immediately to the Guests’ nominated credit card as a fine and to cover any damage/extra cleaning costs.

Smoking is not permitted in any part of the Suites and the Guest and all members of the party undertake not to smoke inside the Suites, should smoking take place, a fee of £250 will be charged immediately to the Guests’ nominated credit card.

The Guest agrees to ensure that the Suites is left reasonably clean and tidy. The Guest agrees to pay an additional reasonable charge to cover the expense of additional, unusual cleaning required because the Guest fails to comply with this clause.

The Guest agrees to ensure the heating is turned off when checking out of the Suites. Failure to do so will incur an extra fee of £5 for every two hours the heating is left on between departure and cleaning.

No pets belonging to a party member or other member of the public shall be able to enter the premises of the Suites. If pets are seen to have been within the premises, this will result in a fine being incurred, in addition to charges for any damage that may have been incurred from this action.

The Guest agrees to take care of the key cards and codes given to them by the Suites. The codes must not be given out to anyone outwith your party and if the key card is lost, a charge of £10 will be incurred to replace it.

Comments/Complaints

Every reasonable care will be taken to ensure that the Suites is presented to Guests to a high standard.

Should the Guest find on arrival that there is a problem or cause for complaint, the Guest should immediately contact a Mono Suites representative. Reasonable steps will then be taken to assist the Guest. Mono Suites will not normally make any refunds in respect of complaints made after the Guest’s departure from the Suites if the Guest did not make the complaint or the problem known during the Stay. If the Guest wishes to comment on his/her stay, the Guest should email the Company directly. All complaints made after the Guest’s departure must be made in writing and emailed to Mono Suites and received no later than 14 days after the date of departure.

Arrival and Departure Times

Adherence to the arrival and departure times forms part of the Agreement and any Stay that extends over this period will be subject to a charge being made per half hour over check-out time or for additional days.

Arrival time is after 15:00 hours on the first day of the stay and departure time is before 11:00 hours on the last day of the stay, or as advised separately by Mono Suites. No last-minute amendments to these times can be made.

The Guest will be issued with a unique access code, which allows them access to the Suite’s entrances, where another unique code will be supplied in an email/text, before arrival, for a smart key box, which will hold the passes for the Suites. This code must not be shared with anyone other than the party.

Right to Evict

Mono Suites and/or its agents reserves the right to ask the Guest and his/her party to leave the property (without compensation being payable to the Guest or any member of his or her party) if this is deemed necessary by the Company and/or its agents, where there is a serious breach by the Guest of the Agreement, or their behaviour is such as to endanger the safety of the property or staff. If any complaints are made of anti-social behaviour or unreasonable breakages or damage occurs or smoking restrictions are not observed we shall give the Guest an opportunity to rectify the breach. Failure to do so shall entitle the Company or agents to terminate the agreement.

Updated COVID Policy

We are only taking bookings from over 25s to avoid any parties and disturbances during the COVID period. The termination of this timeframe will be determined by the company. All guests will be asked for ID before arrival and any under 25s will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

Any illegal social gatherings would not be permitted. This includes any parties. Any guest found to be having a party can be asked to leave and will be charged a fine to cover any damage and disturbance to other guests.

Booking of the Suites signifies acceptance of the above Terms & Conditions
